What TKG is Looking for in Successful Project Manager Candidates

The right person for this job will have 3-5 years of project management experience, and be ready and willing to manage larger-scale projects from conception through completion. This person will also understand what it takes to execute projects on time and on budget.

As a project manager, you’ll be managing and working with our web development and marketing teams, as well as graphic designers and content strategists as needed.

Desired Skills for Project Manager Candidates

If you have a track record of successfully managing projects, meeting and exceeding deadlines and goals, while problem solving and keeping a happy team along the way, than this might be the right job for you.  Below is a list of skills that will help the right candidate be successful in the role:

  • Outstanding planning and organization skills

  • Excellent business management and development skills
  • Leadership qualities
  • Team management skills
  • Ability to resolve conflict
  • Problem solving skills
  • Familiar with Project Management tools
  • .NET programming (appreciated, not required)
